Payment is expected at the time of service. If we are extending the courtesy of accepting direct benefits from your insurance company, the patient’s co-payment is due at the time of service. Any balance not covered by the insurance company is solely the patient’s responsibility.
We recommend that you provide us with your insurance information prior to your scheduled initial appointment. Our staff will make every effort to contact your insurance company and get all the pertinent information about your plan, yearly coverage and itemized benefits prior to your appointment.
We are not participating providers with any HMO plans. We accept direct payment from PPO plans that allow out of network benefits and other traditional plans. We have worked extensively with all major dental insurance carriers and process all claims electronically.
Our staff is very experienced in handling claims for major area employers such as World Bank, IMF, IDB, PAHO, OAS, Multiple Options of Federal Government plans as well as other employers with traditional Insurance Plans from various Insurance companies.
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
