Dr.Samuel H. Lievano(RETIRED)Dentist in Washington DC
Dr. Lievano was born in Colombia, South America and was raised spending time both in Colombia and the US (Pennsylvania). Growing up in a bilingual and bicultural household is one of the things he is most thankful for.
Dr. Lievano graduated from the Universidad Javeriana in Bogota, Colombia in 1986 and continued his post-graduate studies in Occlusion and Restorative Dentistry at Georgetown University in Washington, DC. During this time in Washington, he knew it was going to be his new home.
He began the Private Practice of Dentistry in 1989 and over the last 26 years has helped create winning smiles for thousands of patients in the Metropolitan area. He believes the best results in dentistry come from a collaborative effort between the Dentist, his staff and the patient. Together, achieving and maintaining Optimal Oral Health can be a very simple and even enjoyable process.
Through continuing education, he maintains current with the latest trends in technology and dental procedures, ensuring all patients receive optimal care. Going to the dentist can actually be a pleasant and positive experience.
He is a member of the American Dental Association, the DC Dental Society, the American Academy of Facial Esthetics among others.
He supports numerous Education and HealthCare Non-Profit Organizations locally and Nationally such as Mary’s Center for Maternal and Child Care, The Latino Student Fund and St. Jude’s Hospital to name a few.

His Associate, Dr. Najib Joseph Bouchebel was born in Beirut, Lebanon. Dr. Bouchebel completed his undergraduate studies at George Mason University in Virginia and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the Virginia Commonwealth University Dental School. He completed a General Practice Residency at Wellspan York Hospital in York, PA

Dr.Najib Joseph BouchebelDentist in Washington, DC
Dr. Najib Joseph Bouchebel received a B.S. in Biology from George Mason University, a Masters Degree in Biochemistry at VA Commonwealth University(VCU), and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from VCU Dental School in Richmond, VA. He also completed a General Practice Residency at Wellspan York Hospital in York, PA. This residency allowed him to work in pediatric dentistry, emergency room dental care, oral surgery, endodontics, and implant dentistry.
Dr. Bouchebel actively continues his education and application of the latest dental technologies in part through dental professional organizations including the American Dental Association (ADA), the District of Columbia Dental Society, the Academy of General Dentistry, and The International Congress Of Oral Implantologists.
Dr. Bouchebel firmly believes in “giving back,” and has worked with various charity and community outreach organizations such as the Mission of Mercy (MoM)/VA Dental Association Foundation, the Jamaica Project and the Give Kids A Smile program in collaboration with the ADA. Born in Beirut, Lebanon, Dr. Bouchebel is fluent in English, French and Arabic. In his free time he enjoys exercising, traveling and photography.
